Product Specifications and Quality Assurance
GO EV Charger takes pride in offering state-of-the-art charging solutions that meet the highest industry standards. Our AC charging range includes sophisticated 7kW, 11kW, and 22kW units, each engineered with IP65 and IK10 ratings to ensure maximum protection against environmental factors and physical impacts. These chargers incorporate advanced features including OCPP 1.6 JSON & 2.0.1 & 2.0+ upgradability, ensuring future-proof compatibility with emerging charging standards. The integration of Ethernet, WiFi, and 4G communication capabilities provides seamless connectivity and remote management options.
Our DC charging solutions represent the pinnacle of fast-charging technology, offering power ranges from 60kW to 360kW. These units maintain IP54 and IK10 ratings, with an optional upgrade to IP55 protection for more demanding environments. We offer flexible payment terms, which may include initial deposits for large installations or commercial projects. All prices are subject to applicable UAE taxes and fees.
For public charging services, rates are clearly displayed on our charging units and mobile application. Payment processing is facilitated through secure, approved payment methods, and usage fees are calculated based on either charging time or energy consumption, depending on the specific service plan selected. Premium services, such as guaranteed availability or priority charging, may incur additional fees which will be clearly communicated before service activation.
Software and Mobile Application Usage
Users of our charging systems gain access to our proprietary software and mobile applications, which are provided under a limited, non-exclusive license. This software is designed to enhance the charging experience by providing real-time status updates, payment processing, and charging history. The license granted is strictly for personal use in conjunction with our charging services and may not be transferred or used for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
We maintain strict protocols regarding software usage and modification. Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software systems. Regular updates are provided to enhance functionality and security, and users are required to maintain current versions of the software to ensure optimal performance and security.
Maintenance and Technical Support
GO EV Charger provides comprehensive maintenance and support services to ensure the reliable operation of our charging systems. Regular maintenance schedules are established based on usage patterns and equipment specifications. Our support team is available during business hours to address technical issues, with emergency support available for critical situations. Remote diagnostics capabilities allow for rapid problem identification and resolution in many cases.
Preventive maintenance services are scheduled to minimize disruption to charging operations and maintain optimal performance. Users are notified in advance of scheduled maintenance activities and are provided with alternative charging options when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice if required to address safety concerns or prevent equipment damage.
